The hotel's in-house dining at Restaurante Recanto stands out. One morning, I basked in the soft morning light while enjoying breakfast, which featured local bread from Padaria Delicias do Trigo. The aroma wafting from the hotel's kitchen was hard to resist as I indulged in fresh pastries paired with rich Brazilian coffee-a perfect start to my day. Later, I ventured to Lanchonete Siqueira for a casual lunch, and it delivered an authentic local vibe. The food was surprisingly innovative yet rooted in local tradition. The overall ambiance of the hotel, paired with its culinary offerings, created a nice experience. You could feel the passion in every meal, much like the ethos I carry in wildlife conservation - a dedication to authenticity and sustainability.
